Every bracketed marker on this site — [1], [2], and so on — resolves to a numbered entry below. The list is the full set of GHK-Cu references and citations behind the collagen, skin, hair, antioxidant, safety, and gene-expression claims across the digest. Each entry carries authors, journal, year, and a DOI or PubMed/PMC link so any quantitative statement can be checked at its source. Where a study tested the free GHK peptide rather than the copper complex, that distinction is preserved in the page text, because copper coordination is required for most documented activities [3].
